Jacobs Demolition and Carting started in the home of Mike & Colleen Jacobs almost 20 years ago and has since grown to an office, a shop, and a dumpster yard. We provide several services including both machine and hand demolition, digging for utilities, drainage and so on. Each estimate is calculated by our owner and founder, Mike Jacobs. Mike has been in this industry for over 30 years. He has made it his business to keep on top of all new, up and coming methods and services to provide the best and easiest experience for our customers. And finally, we pride ourselves on having a great team of employees, who are well trained and knowledgeable!
Our Services
Demolition by Hand
Hand demolition is the removal of building structure by hand. We have a team of workers who specifically deal with this type of work. Hand demolition can be interior or exterior. Some examples would be the removal of a kitchen or total interior gut of a house; or the removal of a deck or porch outside!
Excavation
Excavation is the digging by machine to prepare for the installment of a block and poured foundation or superior walls.
Container Rentals
Container rentals include the container as well as the delivery of the container. One of our drivers will deliver the correct sized container on the day of you have set up with our dispatcher. Once filled the container will be picked up upon your request. Sizes & prices vary.
